Terms of service

Last updated: January 2026

By using this website or purchasing products from Sapphire, you agree to accept these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use or purchase our services and products. Sapphire reserves the right to deny access to the website and the panel at any time, at our sole discretion. How we handle your personal data is covered separately in our Privacy Policy.

Representations

By using the Site you represent and warrant that:

  • All registration and payment information you provide is true, accurate, current, and complete, and you will keep it accurate.
  • You have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
  • You are not a minor in your jurisdiction of residence, or if you are a minor you have received parental permission to use the Site.
  • You will not access the Site through automated means, including bots or scripts.
  • You will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.
  • Your use of the Site will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we may suspend or terminate your account and refuse any current or future use of the Site. Sapphire is not responsible for activities conducted by users of our services; only the buyer is responsible for their account and related activity.

Product usage

A license key or user account granting access to Sapphire products must be obtained through purchasing a product via our payment system. Some products may not be instantly delivered and will be emailed to you by legal@sapphiresoftware.cc within 24 hours of purchase.

Sapphire is not liable for potential claims caused by our consumers on intellectual property of third parties. In such events the consumer shall indemnify Sapphire for claims from third parties.

You may only use an account on one computer at a time. If your computer is replaced or changed and this causes a failure in your ability to use the account, a Sapphire staff member will review your situation and allow access if deemed appropriate.

We reserve the right to deactivate or delete an account at any time for the following reasons:

  • Sharing an account with another computer or user, unless authorised by a Sapphire staff member.
  • Chargeback, claim, or dispute through any of our payment services, including our merchants of record.
  • Misuse of an account, tampering with our software, or using it for unintended purposes.
  • Abuse or misconduct.
  • Violation of our community guidelines.
  • Working for a competing vendor or any entity opposing Sapphire in any way.
  • Using the software on a virtual machine or with unauthorised machine-identity tooling.

We reserve the right to deny access to our websites and products by blocking your account, computer, and network at any time.

Purchases and payments

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, purchase, and account information for all purchases made via the Site. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address and payment method, to facilitate your transactions and our communication with you.

All payments shall be in U.S. dollars. You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and any applicable delivery fees, authorising us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order.

We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors or mistakes, even if payment has already been requested or received. We may refuse any order placed through the Site or limit quantities per person, household, or order at our sole discretion. Unauthorised use of funds, fraudulent payments, or attempts to chargeback or deny payments will result in immediate account disablement, termination, and potential legal action.

Refunds

If your purchase isn't working as expected, contact support first — most issues are resolved within a few hours. Where support cannot resolve the issue, we will provide a replacement product or issue a full refund to the original payment method.

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase. Because our products are digital licenses delivered instantly, refunds are not available where the license has been used without a reported issue, or where the request reflects a change of mind after successful delivery and activation. Refunds are not issued where a product has been used in breach of these Terms.

If you believe your situation falls outside these terms, contact support — we review requests individually and aim to resolve them fairly.

Cancellation

You are entitled to cancel your order if the goods or services have not been delivered.

Downtime compensation

We reserve the right to deny downtime compensation and requests to pause software license keys. Extended downtime exceeding 48 continuous hours may, at our discretion, be credited back to the affected licenses.

This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) governs all access to and use of the software from Sapphire (“Software”). Please read this EULA carefully and accept all the terms below before downloading, installing, and using the Software. You may not disclose the Software, change it in any way (including disassembling, decompiling, or reverse engineering), translate, adapt, modify, lease, rent, loan, redistribute, sub-lease, sub-license, or create derivative works from the Software. You may not employ the Software for any unlawful purpose. Your license is immediately revoked, without notice, in the event of a breach of this EULA.

General terms

Either party may terminate this EULA upon notice to the other. In the event of termination, all licenses under this EULA immediately terminate and you agree to discontinue accessing or using the Software and to uninstall and delete the Software from any device.

Disclaimer of warranties

Sapphire provides the Software on an “as is”, “as available” basis. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, currency, completeness, usability, or reliability of the Software. You are advised that the Software, while deemed reliable, may contain errors and is subject to revision at all times. We expressly disclaim any warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Use of the Software may violate the terms of service of the games you play with it and may result in bans by those game publishers. That risk is yours to accept.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date at the top of this page.
